Urban Decay Optical Illusion Complexion Primer $34

This primer from Urban Decay is made with a luxurious blend of argan, rosehip, and meadowfoam seed oils. It promises to instantly blur the look of flaws, reduces fine lines and minimizes the appearance of pores. I mean what else could you ask from a primer?  I put this on my beauty blender and I was totally surprised by how thick this was. It was super creamy and I really had to blend it in to get the thick pinkish white cream to go away. At first I really hated the way my makeup was looking on top of this primer but as the day went on I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror. My skin looked flawless and when it came for bed I really didn’t want to take off my makeup. My makeup looked so good, even after applying so many hours ago. I’m pretty impressed with this primer and I can’t wait to wear it again.

Tarte Rainforest Of The Sea Marine Boosting Mist $12

I actually already own this and I love it! I love applying this after I have applied all my makeup. Especially if my makeup looks too powder-y, I just spray this all over and gently pat with a beauty blender. It will instantly make you skin look glow-y, dewy and healthy.

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Skin Booster $41

I have been wanting to try a skin booster for a while. I don’t know why I never got around to trying one but I am so excited to try one now! This skin booster by Make Up For Ever is a hydrating face serum that promises to deliver a plumped look, preps skin for makeup, and hydrates to smooth the appearance of fine lines. I could tell an difference instantly, I blended this in with the Urban Decay primer and could see a plumper look to my skin and made it look healthier! It didn’t make my skin feel oily or greasy at all and made my the primer blend a lot easier than blending it alone.

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation $43

I applied this foundation on top of the skin booster, primer, and some spots of concealer and this “invisible” foundation didn’t do a very good job of making my skin tone look even. Plus, my skin looked all powdery after applying this so I was not thrilled. It didn’t make my skin look even and it made it look powdery, thats like the worst thing I could ask for in a foundation. I’ll pass on this one.

Tory Burch Bel Azur $126

I love this chic and clean design of this fragrance. Its so cute and instantly makes me think of the beach and being on the water. I really, really, really, like this fragrance! It reminds me of luxurious salt water that you would want to wear! This is something that I wouldn’t wear in the fall through but in the spring and summer.

Dr. Brandt Pore Dermabrasion Pore Perfecting Exfoliator $58

I applied this to my damp skin and started scrubbing in a circular motion. This exfoliator is super uncomfortable and gritty. It truly hurts to rub this on my face. After washing this off my face, my face was left feeling waxy but after a few minutes my skin felt truly amazing and soft. As nice as this feeling is, I don’t think it is worth it to go through the pain of washing my face with this painful exfoliator.
