Time to dig in!
Chiridos $1.49 each
This snack is a air puffed chip with three flavors; salsa verde, baja ranchero, and spicy mole. I was about to try these chips out but as I was picking one of the bags up I saw that these chips are made with cricket flour, I am beyond afraid of crickets and extremely grossed out by them, so I will not be able to try these out.
Literally just bought a 6 pack of chicken like this from costco, but these get used often so its wonderful to have more on hand.
Literally my mom just bought me the same tube of tomato paste. I like that I am getting essentials for my household but this timing is terrible. The good news is that this lasts a year!
This bar is made with all natural ingredients, has 15grams of protein and gluten free. I love berries and yogurt but I hate the berry yogurt taste, how weird is that. I will have to pass this along to someone who will like it.
I love, love, love oatmeal, so this was definitely a home run product for me to see in this months box. One pouch is only 170 calories.
I love coffee and espresso, we have the nespresso but it is so expensive to buy those pods so this will be a great alternative for those in between days to make those nespresso pods last longer. This is a 6 pack box and all you have to do is add hot water and stir and enjoy.
I was so excited to see this, because honestly the first thing that pops into my head is, caramel brownies!!! Might not even use this as a drizzle and just bake the caramels right into some brownies or cookies!
I feel like every subscription box sends out this caramels. I don’t have a problem with them but I feel like I know this brand very well now.
I just bought four of these the other day, literally this box is great for staples but I hate that I just bought all of them! This will come in handy when I’m making a quick pasta dish or a Mediterranean salad.
We love garlic and we haven’t used our other peri peri sauce but I think this one will get used first because it is a garlic sauce and the packaging says its great with chicken which is what we mostly eat over here. They have a bunch of recipes on their website if you need help.
Zenify Drink $2
This whole can is only 10 calories and has no sugar and no caffeine. It is infused with the active antioxidant in green tea and reduces stress with out drowsiness. I think this will come in handy when Kevin starts studying for finals again.
Bushs Hummus Made Easy $2.30
Now I get why they included the chick peas, all you have to do is add this pouch and 1 can of chickpeas to a food processor and you have hummus. That is pretty awesome! I can not wait to make this.
Steady Energy Energy Shots
I can not find this anywhere online, which scares me. I don’t think I trust the brand if they do not have a website. I will have to pass on trying these energy shots.
Felix Lingon Berries Jam $5.50
This is a Swedish jam and apparently a staple for Swedish households. 1 Tablespoon is only 35 calories but it has 9 grams of sugar. The website recommends making this with Swedish meatballs.
They said I would recieve 10-15 items and I received 17 items equaling $38.80! I am still impressed and in shock how they can offer free shipping for a box that is one of the heaviest boxes I have ever received. What did you think of this months Degustabox?
