I have not tried these Too Cool For School egg mellow products before or have heard anything about them. I only have seen their cute packaging and I’m pretty excited to give this body butter a try. Currently I use vaseline lotion so I’m excited to be trying a non drugstore lotion. This lotion is actually made with egg extracts and shea butter and a bunch of oils for moisturizing.

I applied this lotion to my dry skin, as the instructions say, after I showered.  Thankfully it did not smell like eggs at all. It looked and had a texture of soft butter, but not in a gross way. The scent was a little different, its very light and dainty but I definitely can not put a name to what it smells like. The body butter absorbed really fast into my skin and did not leave me with any sticky or oily feeling. I really hate when lotion leaves you feeling greasy so this was a huge plus for me. My legs have been feeling smooth for hours now and I’m extremely impressed with this lotion. I was kind of nervous about trying this product when I saw Influenster gave it such a low rating, but it turned out to be a wonderful product. I’m beyond trilled I gave this lotion a chance because I’m crazy about it!

  2. I just received this yesterday and applied after showering and some this morning. It smells great, not greasy, absorbs quickly. This will be no new go-to.
