Cuisine Cube Subscription Box – Gluten Free – Review – May 2015

Cuisine Cube is a new subscription box that is artisan gluten free foods. All food items are FULL SIZE! This box is $34.99 a month. I bought this box for my sister because she is literally allergic to everything. I liked the fact that this box included only full size items.

Raleys Confectionary I Heart U Mom Rock Candies $5

I’ve had these before and they are alright, not a candy that I would crave or have to run out to get more.  I also do not like how the back of my bag the nutrition facts are not visible, its like their printer ran out of ink when they were printing this, which is rude. Especially if I’m supposed to give this to my mom – what mom doesn’t read nutritional facts?!

Organicasaurus Tangy Tomato Puffs  $3.40

First of all, LOVE the shapes! How fun is that to snack on little dinosaurs and still have a healthy little snack! 14 Puffs are 140 calories, 0 grams of sugar and 2 grams of protein!

Biatalia Gluten Free Couscous $5

I’m such a fan of couscous so I was very excited to see this in my box and I can not wait to find a recipe to try this out with!

Bobo’s Oat Bars $3.30

This bar is made with dried peaches and gluten free oats! They suggest it as a breakfast bar which is such a wonderful idea and I will be saving it for when I have to go in to work early this week, as a fast on the go kind of breakfast.

Rabbit Creek Red Velvet Cake Mix $10.65

Love red velvet cake so this is a total win for me and my family!! The only thing you have to add to this mix is butter, milk, vanilla, and an egg. It seems all pretty simple but seems simply perfect.

Vino de Milo Cherry Riesling $5.99

I wasn’t sure what to use this with until I went on their website! The suggested putting it on waffles, mixing it with mayo and putting it on a burger, and topping it on brie. I love all of those ideas and now very excited to make baked brie and topping it with this! This is also made with real wine!

This Cuisine Cube is $35 and I have received $33.35. So I haven’t even hit the price that I have spent on this box.  I did enjoy the curation and discovering new and healthy gluten free food products and I still will enjoy creating dinner and eating the delicious food. But I don’t think I will be buying this box again without another coupon! What did you think of this months box?
