I first want to say that I had a horrible experience with treatise this month. They charged me for the january box around the 15th and then totally forgot to send out my box! I had to email them and remind them, 24 hour later I got a tracking number, no reply- just a tracking number that my box will be sent out the next day with 3 day shipping. I received my january box on February 2nd and did not receive a information card of all the items in the box this month. Then I realized there was a set of items that were repeated from a box a few months ago (old food). I checked out other peoples reviews and realized that Treatsie had substituted a product that I’m guessing they ran out of with an older product. They emailed me the day after I have gotten the January box and I confronted them about it and they tried to convince me that the products were just shipped in last week and that they are sending me the product that I missed out on.  I don’t appreciate Treatsies trying to take advantage of a customer like this.

ANYWAY,

The Muse Belgian Chocolate Biscotti $4.50

As soon as you open the package you get a rich smell of chocolate, no complaint there. They come in packages of four cookies. The description on the website says that these are for the ‘true chocolate lover’ which I totally agree. These biscotti’s are great and I’m going to try hard to make them last!

Dallas Caramel Company Armadillo Caramel Chocolate Turtles $6

I’ve never had anything like this, it was the perfect mixture between chocolate and caramel. The packaging on the website shows that it comes in sets on 6, so I’m upset that we only got a set of 3. They are so delicious and have a bit of a crunch to them too. I’m definitely not sharing these.

Chuao Chocolate Bars $6

I have received these before, and I have received these exact flavors: Potato Chip,Pop Corn Pop, Salted Chocolate Crunch, Sweet & Salty. The only new one is Strawberry Waffle Wild. I love these chocolate bars and I don’t mind getting them in the box, I just did not appreciate how they tried to sneak them in here and try to play it off how it was part of the box this month and how we never received them before. I didn’t think it was right and it bothered me.

Dallas Caramel Company Assorted Caramels $10?

I don’t know how to price these since a 1/2 pound come out to$15 and I have only received .380 lbs. I received the flavors: coconut, original, sea salt, chocolate, cinnamon, orange, apple pie, and drunken nut.I tried the drunken nut and these caramels are so much softer than I thought they were going to be. The drunken nut caramel taste like I had a piece of pecan pie on thanksgiving. So super delicious! Dallas Caramel Company is definitely a brand that I’m going to watch.

This box was one of the better boxes, much much better than last month! I payed $20 and received $26.50.they definitely redeemed themselves with the amount of the box, but I’m still pretty upset about the problem I had with them.  What did you think of this months box?
