Step It Up!
This months bag is pretty creepy.
I remember when this perfume first came out and it was everyones obsession. I never got into this scent, my signature back then was Princess by Vera Wang. This perfume is described as playful, free spirited, floral scent. I definitely think this scent is perfectly described and I think I can appreciate this scent a lot more now. It smells just like fresh cut flowers.
I stopped using eye pencils for a few years now. I have been using gel pods with an angled brush, just because I feel like it is easier to use. This is a creamy eyeliner that promises to glide on early and leave an intense jet black color. This is definitely a fool proof eyeliner, it was so easy to apply and made it very easy for me to get the look I wanted after years of not using a pencil eyeliner.
I really don’t like when this Sephora play box includes a Sephora product as one of the items in the box. If anything they should make it an add on or a special extra. Sephora claims that this makeup remover gives you super easy removal. It definitely does, I applied this solution to just a little piece of paper towel. The eyeliner came off my eyelid with one swipe, but it did end up under my eye. With just two more swipes at it came off completely and easily.
I don’t know how many primers Sephora is going to send us. I feel like this is my 8th one from this subscription and I have not even been subscribed for a full year yet. I honestly did not see any change once I applied this to my skin. I don’t use primer and I do understand the point of it and I have seen some good ones but this is not it.
I remember the first time I tried this product. I thought it was a gift from god, I still do. This is the best deep clean I have ever encountered. You feel and see results in minutes. Plus, it smells like christmas, could a product get better than this? No. Try this now.
I did not know that Peter Thomas Roth made moisturizers, I thought it was only face masks. Since I am a fan of their face masks, I am sure I will end up loving this product as well. This moisturizer is described as a lightweight cream with an airy formula and a burst of hydration. This is absolutely lightweight and airy and everything it said it would be. It would be perfect for summer for sure to help with sunburned skin.
This definitely was not my favorite box this month, but I am always happy to try new products. What did you think of this months Play! box?
